Comfort Inn Paramus-New York

We decided to stay at this comfort in pre Cruise because of location for great shopping and distance to Manhattan and because of Google 4.5 reviews. The staff were very friendly. The overall cleanliness was good. I will just say this hotel feels like a 70’s hotel that has had mediocre upgrades over the years. My room on the 2nd floor was clean however appeared to be past water damage on ceiling and exterior wall with wrinkled wallpaper and poorly patched roof. Other than this the room was good. The breakfast for the two mornings we were there was identical. Grits scrambled eggs and sausage patty’s that were more like grind beef not sausage. If you don’t mind a totally carby breakfast eating bagels, toast, waffles then you’ll like the breakfast. Would I stay here again, probably, unless I could get a better deal elsewhere. I really had no absolute don’t stay here issues. It’s a 2-3 star hotel that will meet your needs if your looking for location and a place to sleep

Convenient location for our destination, off busy highway, ample parking and good access to rooms Typical motel rooms, adequate for couple of nights, clean. Towels limited. Lobby small with large adjacent dining area and coffee always available. The breakfast was more than expected, large variety of cold and hot dishes, something for any diet or taste. TV and remote available in dining area . The very best and unequaled in any other motel u have stayed in was the service and friendliness of the staff, from the manager to the housekeepers and kitchen staff It was a little of home away from home Yes, I recommend it

Positive Experience – Would Stay Again Checking in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly and polite. The lobby was spotless and welcoming. On the way to our room, every staff member we passed greeted us and was courteous. We stayed in a double queen room booked through Expedia, and upon opening the door, we were greeted by a fresh, clean space with no stale air. The A/C kept the room perfectly cool and was pleasantly quiet. Housekeeping refreshed the room each day so it looked just as nice as when we first checked in. Breakfast featured standard continental offerings: bagels, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, three juice options, and water. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My son and granddaughter having been staying here every other weekend for 11 years, we join them several times a year. Wonderful staff who welcome us and make us feel at home. Great breakfast, quiet rooms, easy access from side roads in back to avoid rt 17

We stayed here on August 16th, 2025. Peaceful and very convenient location off Rt 17th despite being traffic we slept great. You can't really hear thing from traffic. Breakfast was great. Rooms seems freshly remodeled and was very clean and their staff from Front-desk to housekeeping and breakfast lady was super helpful Will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing experience at Comfort Inn Paramus. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was standard and good and they even let us store out luggage after checking out.

My stay there with my 82 year old mom was very pleasant. The room, bathroom and beds were very clean. Friendly staff and manager. Good parking, breakfast included and Coffee available all the time.

I must have stayed in hundreds of Hotel's. These are the few things that I love and I enjoy the most and I feel so comfortable if I have booked a particular hotel and these amenities are available in it. List of things I loved about this place. a) called and requested for a room for convenient in n out movement. Request accepted over the phone and at the time of check in, it was honoured by the second person. (had past experience with Rude staff at front desk in some Hotel's) b) 24/7 hot coffee machine available near the breakfast area. c) A BIG spacious room d) BIG KING SIZE COMFORTABLE BED c) 44" SMART TV , NETFLIX, YOUTUBE ALL SET IS THE BEST THING d) Small Gym with 2 machines ... Its ok.. not for me... E) DISSAPOINTED .....NO GUEST LAUNDRY IN THE HOTEL.. its ok will adjust. F) Lightings in the room are not the dull yellow lights but BRIGHT WHITE G) KEURG - COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM.. VALUE FOR MONEY .. RECOMMENDED
